For your convenience, a block of rooms has been reserved at a special rate for the caBIG™ Community Outreach Summit attendees. The caBIG™ group room block is for one evening; check-in November 8 and checkout November 9. The group room rate for this night, single or double occupancy, is $201 plus 12% applicable State and local taxes. The deadline for hotel reservations is Wednesday, October 16, or until the group block is sold out, whichever comes first.

You will be asked to provide a valid credit card number to hold your sleeping room at the time of reservation. Please use this opportunity to convey your room preferences and any special needs you may have. The hotel will assign specific room types upon check-in, based on availability. Please be advised that requests are not guaranteed.

Check-in time at the hotel is 3:00 p.m., and checkout time is 12:00 p.m. If you arrive early, the hotel will make every attempt to accommodate your early check-in. However, if there are no rooms available upon your early arrival, your luggage will be stored until your room is available. Upon check-in, you will be required to present a valid credit card to cover your accommodations and incidental charges during your stay.

The DoubleTree Hotel offers valet parking only. The first 3 hours are $10.00; anything above 3 hours is based on a 24-hour period at $20.00 per day. There is also a public parking garage on Woodmont Avenue located directly across from the hotel. Charges at the public garage range from $6.00 to $7.00 per day.

From Ronald Reagan Washington National Airport (DCA): Take the George Washington Parkway North to I-495 North (Capital Beltway), heading toward Maryland. From I-495, take Exit 34 South Wisconsin Avenue South (Route 355 South). The hotel is about 2 miles on the right-hand side.

From Dulles International Airport (IAD): Take the Dulles Access Road East to I-495 (Capital Beltway) heading north to Bethesda/Baltimore. From I-495, take Exit 34 Wisconsin Avenue (Route 355 South). The hotel is about 2 miles on the right-hand side.

From Baltimore-Washington International Airport (BWI): Take the Baltimore-Washington Parkway South toward Washington, DC. At I-495 (Capital Beltway), proceed west toward Silver Spring/Bethesda. From the Beltway I-495, take Exit 34 South Wisconsin Avenue/Rockville Pike, and proceed south toward Bethesda/Washington, DC. The hotel is about 2 miles on the right-hand side.

From I-95 North (Baltimore, Philadelphia, Wilmington, NY and NJ): Take I-95 South toward Washington DC. At I-495 (Capital Beltway), proceed west toward Silver Spring/Bethesda. Take Exit 34 (Route 355 or Wisconsin Avenue/Rockville Pike), and proceed south toward Washington/Bethesda. Proceed on Route 355. The hotel is about 2 miles on the right-hand side.

From I-95 South (Richmond, VA Beach, North and South Carolina): Take I-95 North toward Washington, DC. Take I-395 North via Exit 170A on the left. Merge onto I-495 North (Capital Beltway) via Exit 170B toward Tysons Corner. Take Exit 34 MD 355 toward Wisconsin Avenue/Bethesda. The hotel is about 2 miles on the right-hand side.

From Route 66 East (North Virginia, McLean, Fairfax): Take Route I-66 East toward I-495 North (Capital Beltway)/Baltimore. Take Exit 34 (355) South toward Wisconsin Avenue/Bethesda. Proceed on Route 355. The hotel is about 2 miles on the right-hand side.

From I-270 South: From I-270 South, take MD-355 South via the exit toward Bethesda. Proceed on Route 355/Wisconsin Avenue. The hotel is about 2 miles on the right-hand side.

From Eastern Shore: Take Route 50 West via the ramp on the left toward I-97 (Washington/Baltimore). Merge onto I-495 North (Capital Beltway) via Exit 7B. Take Exit 34 MD 355 toward Wisconsin Avenue/Bethesda. The hotel is about 2 miles on the right-hand side.
